About Aegis Ops
Aegis Ops provides workflow, case management, forms, CRM and reporting tools for small businesses. The platform may be configured around a client’s agreed workflows and processes.
Using the website
You may use this website to learn about Aegis Ops, request demo access or contact us. You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, submit malicious content or use it for unlawful purposes.
Demo access
Demo access may be provided to help prospects understand the product. Demo environments use fictional or sample data and must not be used to store real customer, staff, financial or sensitive information.
Customer projects
Setup projects, monthly fees, support levels, scope and any custom work will be agreed separately in writing. If there is a conflict between these general terms and a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement will take priority.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping account details secure and for using the platform only for authorised business purposes. Client organisations are responsible for managing their own users, permissions and data where applicable.
Data ownership
Client organisations own the business data they enter into the platform. Aegis Ops owns the platform, codebase, templates, design, workflows, documentation and related intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
You must not use Aegis Ops to store unlawful content, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, overload the service, infringe another party’s rights or process data you are not allowed to handle.
Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service, but no website or hosted platform can be guaranteed to be available at all times. Support commitments for paying customers will be set out in the relevant proposal or customer agreement.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, billing dates, setup costs, monthly charges and cancellation terms will be agreed before work starts. Setup fees normally cover implementation work already completed and may not be refundable once work has begun.
Liability
Aegis Ops is provided for business process management and workflow support. It should not be used as the only place to store critical information without appropriate backups and business continuity planning. Liability terms for paying customers should be confirmed in the customer agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. The latest version will always be available on this page.
